Payment Options

Our dental services can be paid for using a number of payment methods. The following section provides a brief and quick overview of different payment methods accepted at Inner Harbor Dental Associates in Baltimore, Maryland.

Credit Cards

Today, many people prefer paying with their credit cards rather than any other payment method. We accept the majority of credit cards to provide maximum convenience to our patients.

Cash and Personal Checks

Paying with cash is one of the most common payment methods chose by our patients to pay for our services. Some consider that cash payments can be quicker and more convenient.

We also accept personal checks as payment for our dental services. If you require any assistance when writing the check our staff will assist you.

CareCredit

Our office accepts CareCredit, a healthcare credit card that is used to pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by dental insurance. CareCredit is subject to credit approval, but once you are accepted, you can use it again and again. CareCredit is a great option if you're on a budget, in that you can pay for your dental expenses in installments. Ask us about CareCredit today! Applying is easy, and we are here to answer any questions.

Insurance

Insurance companies cover many of your health expenses, saving you from paying out of your pocket. Dental insurance is also a type of medical coverage that provides coverage for certain dental expenses. It can be offered as a part of the overall medical indemnity or as a separate policy. To better assist patients, our office in Baltimore, Maryland, also processes treatment compensations through dental insurance.

It is important to make sure your insurance plan is currently active. Many policies enter into effect after several months of your application approval. You are also advised to confirm that the treatment you will be receiving is covered by your insurance company.

In addition to clarifying coverage with your dental insurance provider, it is also recommended that you confirm with our office that we accept your insurance provider’s coverage. Some insurance agencies are not registered with us. In some cases, your insurance may allow you to pay in cash, and then offer a reimbursement after the appointment.

We hope this has cleared up any and all doubts about our different payment methods. If you would like to schedule an appointment, pleasevisit our office or call us today. Our team will be glad to answer any questions you may have.
